Advertiser Terms and Conditions
By advertising with Floppybank Network you are agreeing to the following terms:
 

Payment Terms:

Initial deposit: A minimum initial deposit of $100 will be required before any advertising will start. You must make your initial deposit in order to activate your advertising account. 

Floppybank will charge 30% of the transaction depending on what you payout to the affiliates. Minimum affiliate payout at $0.25 per transaction, which means minimum cost to you at $0.25 + 30% = $0.325. The affiliates will receive 70% of each transaction. 

No credit will be given to advertise in the Floppybank Network. You must fund your initial deposit by check or ACH wire transfer to activate your account.
 

Advertisement Terms:

Lead vs Sales: A lead does not requires credit card or any cost involved, else will be consider as sales. However, leads with credit card verification is allowed subject to Floppybank admin approval.

Confirmation Page: The confirmation page must clearly state to the user that the transaction has been completed and any additional actions are purely optional.

Exploit Affiliates (1) Redirection: The advertiser cannot exploit any Floppybank affiliates by using redirection pointing to non paying pages, hiding sign up forms 3 levels below the offer page, or hiding sign up form within other non paying items.

Exploit Affiliates (2) Co-Registrations: The advertiser agrees not to place any co-registrations on their offer landing pages. However, they may be placed on the confirmation page that is displayed once a lead or sale is paid to the affiliates. 

Exploit Affiliates (3) PopUps/PopUnders/Exit: The advertiser agrees not to place popup codes, popunder codes, or exit codes on any pages of their offer landing page, EXCEPT confirmation page where lead or sales is already paid. 

Exploit Affiliates (4) Distractions: The advertiser cannot put anything on their offer landing page that will distract the user away from the registratoin process.

Penalties: If it is found that the advertiser has wrongly placed any popups, popunders, exit codes, or coregistrations on their pages after their offer is approved and activated by Floppybank the advertiser will have one business day to make any necessary changes. If the necessary changes are not made, the advertisers account will be terminated, offer removed, and any deposited funds forfeited. 

Reselling Leads: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY ADVERTISER LICENSED TO RESELL OR REPACKAGE AND SELL DATA WITHOUT OUR PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.

Offer Review: Each offer added must be submitted for admin review before they go live. Floppybank will review the offer and contact the advertiser with further instructions if the offer is accepted or denied. 

Pixel code: the advertiser will be supplied with a 1x1 transparent pixel code for all offers that MUST be place on the confirmation page. If anytime after your account is set up the code is removed the advertiser will be responsible to prorate the past days so it may be distributed among participating affiliates. If advertiser does not take action within a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue then the account will be terminated and any remaining funds will be forfeited to divide among the participating affiliates. 

Complicated leads: the advertiser agrees not to require excessive information or action to complete a lead. The more complicated the action it will require a higher payout (subject to Floppybank approval). 

Floppybank will make every effort distinguish, and squash out fraudulent affiliates and links. However, you should monitor your affiliate program closely, and notify us immediately if you feel a fraudulent practice is being used. 

You must not SPAM. Any occurence of SPAM can and will result in termination of your Floppybank advertiser account and revoking of future priveleges. You will forfeit your remaining balance as well. 

You will have access to emailing affiliates running your offer, you agree to only email them about the offer you are running in the Floppybank network. Any other type of email will be treated as spam and will apply to the term above. 
 

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

During the setup process, it should be determined by you, the advertiser, that you are able to place the lead or sale tracking code on your confirmation page and that it is compatible with Floppybank. 

If you should choose to cancel your advertiser account before activating your offers, for any reason that is not the fault of Floppybank (as determined by Floppybank), we will refund any setup fees and deposit, minus a $25 return fee. 

Once your advertiser account and offer goes active on the Floppybank network, there will be no refunds of any setup fees allowed. If you choose to cancel your offers after they are actived, only your deposit (used to pay your affiliates) can be returned to you minus any funds that have been spent on your offer up till that point, a $25 refund fee will also be charged. 

The advertiser may cancel their accounts at anytime. However, a 3 day written notice must be given to Floppybank if a refund of any kind is desired. This is so Floppybank affiliates can be notified in a sufficient amount of time to take down any links. 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Floppybank reserves the right to refuse an offer that an advertiser requests to advertise for. If we decide that it is too complicated for the affiliates we will refuse the offer or ask for a higher payout to compensate. 

Indemnification: the advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Floppybank harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from an affiliates or advertiser's web pages. 

If after 30 after the advertisers campaign goes live and no sales or leads are given, Floppybank reserves the right to cancel the campaign and advertisers account. A full refund of all funds deposited will be paid to the advertiser, minus a $25 return fee. 

Changes to these terms: Floppybank reserves the right to make any changes to these terms with 5 days notice to all affiliates. 

Case of dispute: advertisers agree to settle all dispute(s) under this agreement via binding arbitration in Sparks, Nevada. 

ALL FLOPPYBANK ADVERTISERS MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
